How to reset your password
These are the steps to reset your password in a secure and efficient manner.
Open a web browser on your device and go to lii/admin to access the administrator page.
From the sign-in page, select the Forgotten password or username? link or go directly to the Password reset page.
On the Password reset page, Enter your email address and click the Reset password Button.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link to begin resetting your password.
On the Reset a new password page, enter a new password, confirm your password, and then select Reset Password.
Your new password must:
Be at least 8 characters long.
Contain a mixture of letters, numbers and special characters.
Have at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter.
When you see the message, Your password has been reset, you can click Log in and sign in with your new password.
