The Related judgments tab allows you to select judgments that are overturned or upheld by the current one.
Overturned judgments
To choose a judgment that is overturned by the current one:
Click on the Predicate drop-down and select overturns.
Then select the judgment that was overturned (the Subject work) by clicking on the drop-down. Type in part of the title of the judgment to find it easily.
Click Save or Save and continue editing.
Upheld judgments
To choose a judgment that is upheld by the current one:
Click on the Predicate drop-down and select upholds.
Then select the judgment that was upheld (the Subject work) by clicking on the drop-down. Type in part of the title of the judgment to find it easily.
