Overturned and upheld

Link judgments that are overturned or upheld.

The Related judgments tab allows you to select judgments that are overturned or upheld by the current one.

Overturned judgments

To choose a judgment that is overturned by the current one:

  1. Click on the Predicate drop-down and select overturns.

  2. Then select the judgment that was overturned (the Subject work) by clicking on the drop-down. Type in part of the title of the judgment to find it easily.

  3. Click Save or Save and continue editing.

Upheld judgments

To choose a judgment that is upheld by the current one:

  1. Click on the Predicate drop-down and select upholds.

  2. Then select the judgment that was upheld (the Subject work) by clicking on the drop-down. Type in part of the title of the judgment to find it easily.

  3. Click Save or Save and continue editing.
