# Overturned and upheld

The Related judgments tab allows you to select judgments that are **overturned** or **upheld** by the current one.

## Overturned judgments

To choose a judgment that is *overturned* by the current one:

1. Click on the **Predicate** drop-down and select **overturns**.\ <br>

2. Then select the judgment that was **overturned** (the **Subject work**) by clicking on the drop-down. Type in part of the title of the judgment to find it easily.\ <br>

3. Click **Save** or **Save and continue editing**.

## Upheld judgments

To choose a judgment that is *upheld* by the current one:

1. Click on the **Predicate** drop-down and select **upholds**.\ <br>
