# Add multiple case numbers

1. Select Judgments on the left-side of the dashboard.
2. Enter the key details, judges and click **case numbers.**
3. Copy the case number from the judgment and enter it in the **string override** field.
4. Separate the **Matter type**, **number** and **Year** and enter them in their respective fields.
5. Click **Save** to add the case number.

6. For a judgment with multiple case numbers, click **Add another case number**.

6. Add the case number and click save again.

**Note: To remove a case number, click the remove button and click save.**
