This guide provides a step-by-step process for editors to unpublish a document and leave comments explaining their reasons in the admin area.

Locate and open the document you want to unpublish.
Click the "Advanced" tab
Uncheck the "Published" box
Type in your reason for unpublishing the document in the text box
Click the "Add comment" button
Click the Save button on the right side of the page to apply the changes.
