# How to export files

1. On the left side of your dashboard on the admin page, select **judgments/gazettes/generic documents** from the list of menu items.

2. Select the files you want to export by choosing a specific year or by selecting all titles at once.

3. Click the export button

4. Choose file format

5. Click **Submit** to begin downloading the selected files
